We currently have a block of rooms in the following pattern at a rate of $175.00 plus tax per night—
Friday, March 22nd - 25 rooms
Saturday, March 23rd - 25 rooms
Guests may reserve their rooms by calling Marriott Central Reservations at 1-800-228-9290 no later than Friday, March 1st and mentioning Egypt NEGMA room block, to receive the discounted rate for the room block.
Individuals are responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges and will be asked for a credit card number when making the reservations. They will also need to present one upon check-in. If any guests are Marriott Rewards members, please remind them to have their account number put on their reservation.

There are also inexpensive Student Hostels in the area for rates as low as $79/night. We don't have any deals with them, but we recommend the following since it's on the T (subway) and accessible to the MIT Media Lab

Flights

Daycare (if you have children)

We have arranged with a daycare in Medford. Parents however are responsible for arranging the drop off and pick up, as well as directly coordinatng with the daycare provider.
